Who We Are

We’re a psychotherapy practice for when sex feels stuck and relationships feel strained. Through somatic sex therapy and relational healing, we help you break old patterns, reconnect with desire, and build the kind of relationships that actually feel good.

Services

  • Relational Therapy

For couples or partnerships who want to improve their communication, deepen their intimacy, befriend their emotions, and learn how to navigate conflict effectively.

  • Individual Therapy

For individuals who want support working through the complexities and hardships life brings, whether it be stress, anxiety, or healing from past traumas.

  • Sex Therapy

For couples or individuals who want support with intimacy, desire, or sexual health. Sex therapy can help people explore the emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of sexuality.

  • Group Therapy

Alight will be offering a variety of group therapy and wellness retreat options throughout the year.

Our Vision

Much like how a bird settles onto a branch after flight, therapy offers a place to land, to rest, and to regain strength before taking off again. At Alight, our goal is to provide a space where you can pause, reflect, and find the support you need to move forward. Healing isn’t about rushing to the next destination—it’s about understanding yourself, making sense of your experiences, and feeling grounded enough to take your next steps with confidence.
